I would not recommend working with Brenda Otero. Throughout our experience, communication was a major issue aEUR" she was consistently slow to respond, even to basic questions about the property and general real estate inquiries. This caused a lot of unnecessary delays and confusion. Additionally, the property description she created included several items that were never actually for sale. Some were later removed by the owner or outright refused, which felt misleading and unprofessional. When asked for clarification, Brenda often blamed her clients for being unavailable, even though we knew they were home aEUR" we live in the neighborhood. Overall, the process was frustrating and disappointing. A more responsive and detail-oriented agent would have made a world of difference.
