My husband and I were first time home buyers and really needed a local real estate agent that would be understanding to the fact that I was HIGHLY ANXIOUS about trying to search for our first home in the middle of this highly spreadable Covid-19 virus! Brenda was great! She always responded to my requests and needs very quickly and was willing to drive all over hell and back to show me houses I was interested in possibly buying. She knows her areas and her job. One specific thing she researched and turned me on to was getting a Home Warranty - not only was this a good thing to have on going in my new home but it was also a great negotiating tool in the crazy multiple bidding offers we were in. Brenda Maggy helped us find our home six years ago and when it came time to sell our home, because of a job relocation, we knew that Brenda was going to be our choice to help us sell the house. She did not disappoint, in fact she exceeded our expectations. Brenda not only came up with a plan to get us the most value but staged our home to show how useful each room could be.
