While I haven't traveled to nearly as many places as I'd like, I've explored quite a bit and have exciting goals to travel even more in the future.

FAMILY

I'm a proud single mom and a dedicated "boy mom." My oldest is 21 and thriving in his adult life in North Texas, while my youngest, a spirited 9-year-old, keeps me on my toes and adds so much joy to my journey. He's even become my little realtor assistant, having been born right before I fully embraced my real estate career. My boys are my greatest inspiration, and they remind me every day why I strive for success in both life and work.

Brenda is amazing! She helped us find a house and even a second house when the first didnt work out. We lived 3 hours away and she was willing to carve out entire days to help us find a house while we were in town. I never realized how much red tape I would have to go through to get a loan approved for a mobile home, fortunately I had the pleasure of working with Brenda Garcia! She already had prior knowledge of the work that needed to be done in order to get things going. She got in touch with all the right people and went a step further to make sure the right work was done to ensure the home remained structurally sound for years to come. She was always keeping me updated with where we were in the process as well as being quick to respond when I had any questions. Brenda was recommended by a friend & she didnt let me down! First we spoke on the phone & then she came by our home to discuss in detail what we were looking to do. Brenda helped tremendously in assisting us in making a plan of action: To purchase a lot. Sell our current home. Use the money from the sale to build our dream home on the lot. Step one is completed. We just purchased a lot today! Now to get going on the rest of our plan! And we fully expect Brenda to be there for the entire journey!! Brenda is great to work with. She usually answers the phone. Brenda was such an amazing realtor and made the process so fun that I was almost sad for the home buying process to be over when we closed on our house! As a first time homebuyer, she answered all our little questions and didn?t make us feel bad for not knowing some of the process. She was extremely responsive and worked outside of normal hours to show us houses when my fiance had odd/long working hours. I cannot recommend her enough!
