I never realized how much red tape I would have to go through to get a loan approved for a mobile home, fortunately I had the pleasure of working with Brenda Garcia! She already had prior knowledge of the work that needed to be done in order to get things going. Brenda was recommended by a friend & she didnt let me down! First we spoke on the phone & then she came by our home to discuss in detail what we were looking to do. Brenda helped tremendously in assisting us in making a plan of action: To purchase a lot. Sell our current home. Use the money from the sale to build our dream home on the lot. Step one is completed. Brenda was such an amazing realtor and made the process so fun that I was almost sad for the home buying process to be over when we closed on our house! As a first time homebuyer, she answered all our little questions and didn?t make us feel bad for not knowing some of the process.
