I am pleased to offer this review of the recent sale of our property with the professional services of Cuoco & Co. Real Estate. From our first meeting with Gary Gay and Kim Rizzo, I immediately knew that we made the best choice for a realtor. Offering a warm and friendly first meeting, Kim & Gary provided us with a realistic evaluation of the property and its value on the market. With their professional experience in the real estate market they provided a study of recent real estate transactions in the local area upon which the list price was to be determined. With a "no pressure" approach, and an agreed upon listing price the process begun. Kim took charge after the first meeting and kept us well-informed as the process began to unfold. A professional photographer arrived to the property and wonderfully captured "the spirit" of this lovely home. A "open house" date was planned for September 20, 2025. Within a few days of the listing going "live" the open house realized 16 interested parties - AMAZING! On the following Monday three offers were presented to us. We accepted the best offer which was $25,000.00 over the listing. On October 20, 2025 the closing was accomplished. From the acceptance of the offer, Kim guided us along the way to closure with emails and texts. With this level of communication, the process was smooth and clean. We accomplished her requests for documents and Kim dutifully followed through. With their level of professionalism, communication, and personal attention, I give Cuoco & Co. Real Estate 5 STARS.

Allie was absolutely amazing and the best to work with. My husband and I just purchased our first house with Allie and it would not have been possible without her! She was able to answer any question and/or point us to the right people to answer our questions. She is also almost always available, either to answer questions through the phone or to schedule showings. She literally spent a whole day with us one day going back and forth between houses. Kim was an invaluable assett to us when buying our home. Not only did she listen for months while we were out of state selling our home, she ran thru numerous scenarios with us explaining our local options. Kim essentially worked for months with us over the course of our move from out of state, to temporary housing, to finding our dream home.
