1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Look for an Agent who is going to represent you as a Single Agent which is the highest form of representation. Unless you have it in writing, an agent is working as a Transaction Broker just facilitating the deal. Choose an agent who is willing to give you service guarantees and has experience in the area you are considering.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose a Realtor who is going to advise you on what to do and what not to do to help your home sell better. Hire an agent with experience and one who is going to offer you service guarantees putting your best interest ahead of their own. Look at a Realtors stats to make sure that what they are telling you is in fact accurate. Hire a Realtor who will allow you to cancel the listing contract if you are not satisfied with the service they provide.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
Luxury Buyers and Sellers, First Time Home Buyers, relocating buyer and sellers. Sellers in Foreclosure needing a Realtor to facilitate a short sale with the bank. Investors looking to ad Real Estate Rentals to their retirement portfolio.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My favorite transactions are ones where I can help sellers who are upside down on their mortgage to do a short sale and get out of the bind they are in. They can then start fresh and within a few years are able to purchase a home again. We love helping investors as well build wealth by educating them on the Rental Business; helping them to locate property and then manage that real estate for them.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in 1983 when my children were very young and I needed a career with flexible hours but one where I could help others achieve their goals.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have been trained on Short Sales, Real Estate Trends and Legal Matters associated with Property Management. We keep abreast of the latest technology so we can assist our Buyers and Sellers. We are members of Professional groups like National Association of Property Managers, National Association of Realtors, our Local Board of Realtors and coached by World Known Real Estate Coach Craig Proctor for over 30 years. We have all the resources to be successful at helping both buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate goals.
