Even when asked to tour a property that may have been slightly out of our reach or didnt fit with the descriptions we gave her she would wisely voice concerns, but always allowed us the choice to see it. There were multiple occasions where she cancelled or reorganized her own personal plans to cater to our schedules so she could walk and talk through listings together as a team. The one instance we could not see a listing together she arranged for one of her trusted colleagues to take her place so we could still accommodate our schedule. We submitted three offers in total in our time working with Brenda and with each one she kept us informed of any and all feedback with great haste. It was evident that Brendas reputation was highly regarded when our very first offer was nearly accepted because the listing agent had worked with Brenda on previous sales and delighted at the thought of doing so again.
