Bree Allison

In 2012, I joined my family in the Real Estate industry, and I've been in love with my job ever since! I spent my first two years as a Transaction Manager, coordinating the closings for over 50 million dollars in sales. I then decided it was time to become a Licensed Realtor. Now as a Broker Associate, I devote myself full-time to the ever-changing needs of Buyers and Sellers in this marketplace. I have the tenure and tools to navigate the buying and selling process. I am a tough negotiator and fierce protector of my client's goals in their Real Estate transactions.

My Real Estate experience also includes many roles over the years in my State, Local and National Realtor Associations. In recent years, my roles have included the chair position of the Global Young Professionals Network, 3-year Director position on the Board of Realtors, as well as many committee roles for East Polk County Association.

Currently, I am a sitting Director on the Board for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. I have received the Rising Star Award, as well as three consecutive years receiving the Silver Award for my overall production numbers in home sales.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering in my community, horseback riding, outdoor activities with my dogs, and traveling.

As a Central Florida native, and a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients have placed in me over the years. I strive every day to continue to exceed their expectations. I am a people person who loves to help others realize the dream of homeownership by using my knowledge of the process along with my negotiation skills. I am passionate about the needs of my clients with a focus on bringing peace of mind in each transaction.
