We had fun working with Braxton - our listing went through several offers, and each one brought different challenges. No two buyers are the same, and Braxton helped us parse out the subtleties in each instance. This is our first (and last!) time to sell a home, one that we owned for an extended length of time. So, we were inexperienced in the whole realm of selling, and frankly, this would have kicked our backside, without working with someone that knew the ropes. So Many Variables go into the mix. I was very happy my mother who is deceased now, kept his information so I would be able to reach out to him and have him take care of the sale of her condominium.
