As a US Air Force veteran and graduate of UNC at Wilmington Braxton Realty has a deep connection to the Wilmington community and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. I hold both SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and WHS (Workforce Housing Specialist) accreditations, ensuring I have the expertise to guide clients through the complexities of real estate transactions. With over 21 years of real-world experience, I break down the home buying process, real estate investing, foreclosures, rehabbing, and house flipping for practical financial stability, generational wealth, and long-term security.
Community Involvement
Through my fraternity Omega Psi Phi we raise money for scholarships, host an annual Redcross blood drive as well as coat and suitcase giveaways for kids in Foster care
