I loved how honest he was and pointed out things that I may not have noticed, or thought was a big deal. For example: different flooring, Cracks in the seams, location and traffic, entry ways, how things have changed, what houses probably looked like beforeaEUR| etc. Once we found our house, we worked with Brandy. Wow!! Brandy REALLY knows her stuff. My husband and I were first time home buyers. She was able to answer all our questions, and explained everything so we could easily understand. Im sure i asked some aEURoedumb questionsaEUR? but she never made me feel dumb! And let me tell you, she does not rest when it comes to her clients, any time I had a question, she was so quick to respond. She also kept us in the loop with any paperwork the lender or title company needed.
