Brandy Finnessey

Brandy Finnessey is a Broker with Kuper Sotheby's International Real Estate in Austin Texas. Prior to joining she acquired extensive real estate experience working with the top teams in Austin Real Estate and a well known Central Texas builder. Boosting her into a Director of Sales position where she was guiding and training agents to grow and shape their skills and business. Although very rewarding Brandy decided to move back into the role of working with clients as that is her true passion. Brandy, a native Texan, has watched Austin grow and change dramatically in the past 30 years. With living in each of the four quadrants of Austin, Brandy has gained a unique perspective of the city's rhythm. With long term roots to central Texas, third generation, Brandy grew up on the lower Colorado River from as far up stream as Inks Lake all the way to Lady Bird Lake. A graduate of Southwest Texas University, now known as Texas State University. Brandy got her start in Real Estate in 2003. While working for a builder, Brandy has armed herself with an intimate knowledge of building a home from the conceptual phase to completion. Familiarity and understanding of the ins and outs of building allows Brandy to see past the sheetrock. During her 5 plus years with the builders side of real estate Brandy has helped clients with design, financing, building, inspection, closing and warranty process'. There is little in the build/buy process that she hasn't encountered. As a top sales agent, Brandy has established many personal friendships with her clients from her genuine personal interest in their lives. Brandy lives in West Austin with her husband an Austin Firefighter, her 2 sons, and 2 boxers Ginger and Jake. She is involved in various community activities and charitable organizations. She prides herself on being involved in something larger than herself.
