Thomas did a phenomenal job advocating on my behalf through what proved to be a difficult transaction. He was able to get the reluctant sellers to issue a credit based on findings of the home inspection even though they had stated they were not going to do so. Additionally, he also was very helpful when it came to the multiple delays in being able to close the transaction both from the sellers and also myself. I don't believe this would have been able to close without his help and communication with the seller's agent. Thomas also helped me sell a vacant lot i owned and again advocated on my behalf and was able to get the buyers to come up on their offer in what is definitely a buyer's market currently in Charlotte County. I highly recommend him both if you are selling and/or buying. He handled both transactions deftly And I always felt that he had my best interest and assisted in getting me the best possible terms.
