About Brandy Brown

Hello, my name is Brandy M Brown and I am the Broker of Southern Choice Properties. I started in Real Estate as a Licensed Sales Associate in 2005 and opened my own brokerage in 2011. I have many, many years of experience with selling over 400 homes in Walton, Okaloosa & Holmes Counties. Staying up to date and educated in this field is very important to me, I have received several designations in my journey to becoming a local community expert in our real estate market. It is my job to make sure that I educate my clients through the entire process of their investment and I work incredibly hard to help my clients achieve their goals of buying or selling a new home, vacation home, investment or acreage. God has blessed me so very much within this business with clients that have become life long friends along with blessing me with my amazing Real Estate partner Steve Brown, who doubles as my husband and our biggest blessing has been our three children.

I am blessed to be married to my best friend for the last 12 years and we have three beautiful children, one boy and two girls all under the age of 6.
