Brandon was extremely helpful and accommodating through the entire process. I only had two and a half days in town to look at houses. He had everything set up to maximize the time I had, and he did numerous FaceTime walkthroughs with us once I was back in AZ. He helped us through all the inspections and closing. If you want an agent to respond at all hours and get a immediate viewing to let you in to view a hot house, Brandon is your guy! When he says go with a local lender.. Do It! Agents in COS prefer local lenders versus out of state. Thanks for making the OCC deal happen, we are super happy!
