Where do I start?! My home buying process was not as simple as I would have liked. We had few extra twists and turns, but through it all Brandon remained calm and attempted to relieve my anxiety ??. Brandon was extremely friendly and responsive from the moment we met and made me feel like I was in the process of buying a home with the help and support of family. Although his business is in Oakland, CA, he helped me with my home search in Fairfield, CA. Brandon made himself available via email and text and kept me informed every step of the way, which was helpful when I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Brandon is friendly and welcoming while always remaining professional. He was a man of his word during the entire process and reassured me that he will do everything in his power to support me in completing the purchase of my home. All the documents required were sent to me quickly and securely via email and he took the time to explain the entire process in detail. This is not my first home and I let him know that this is the most detailed a realtor has ever been throughout my process. His willingness to review documents and discuss decisions was greatly appreciated. I am 100% sure that the relationship he built with the seller?s realtor played a huge role in the closing of my home.
