In the last 6 years as a Real Estate Team, Brandon & Melinda Niemela
have sold between 40-50 homes per year, every year. Together they have
flipped 100 properties and counting since 2008 and successfully managed a
portfolio of 80 rental properties. Brandon Niemela has his Real Estate
Brokers License and is the Managing Broker for their offices. Melinda
has her Real Estate Sales Associate License and will be obtaining her
Real Estate Brokers License in the Summer of 2019. Together Melinda
& Brandon are building a Real Estate Brokerage Company that will
have offices and agents throughout the State of Florida. Their
achievements have been made possible by Brandon & Melinda's pursuit

A graduate from Keene State University, Brandon Niemela holds a
Bachelors' degree in Business Administration. Brandon moved down to
