My husband and I were in the process of buying our first home. Jenny was extremely personable, responsive, and never minded all of our questions through out. We were new to the process and if she didnt know the answer to our question she was quick to ask anyone, for example our question about snow removal in alleys. There was a city of Sioux Falls parks and rec department worker across the street and she got the answer immediately for us!
