While earning his undergraduate degree in Finance, Brandon embraced the opportunity to apprentice with a top real estate broker and investor for two years prior to transitioning as a full-time realtor. In his time as an employee of the firm, he learned the many aspects of working in real estate: Servicing a client, managing the many variables of a transaction, marketing and closing the sale, and empathizing with his clients to better understand and communicate effectively. To add to Brandon's experience, he oversaw operations on many investment projects where he learned about design, staging, and the intricate details of finding the perfect investment property to add to your portfolio. Brandon's versatility and unique ability to connect with his clients allows him to further help them meet their needs, all while exceeding their expectations. Brandon has now enjoyed more than 6 successful years in the real estate industry. He has managed and closed over 200+ transactions in residential and investment real estate, giving him the knowledge and experience to guide and assist his diverse pool of clients. His commitment to collaborating with both, his clients and colleagues in the industry, allows him to deliver high-quality problem solving and communication. His attention to detail and intuition give his clients the upper hand in negotiation, which provides an increased net earnings when selling their property. He is also a private football coach for quarterbacks and enjoys mentoring and developing kids both on and off the field.
