Brandon comes from a real estate family where he learned the buying and selling secrets, market trends and industry know how early on to rise quickly as one of the top Brokers in Southern California. I've known many real estate professionals yet no one comes close to Brandon's ambition, work ethic and experience...with him on your side you can't help but win!For me personally, Brandon has represented me three times, twice as a buyer and once as a seller. In all three instances he was an absolute shark for me, ensuring that my interests always came first and that I was always presented with all the information and variables of each situation along with his recommended course of action, so I could make quick, informed decisions. For the home that I sold with Brandon, he came by the house in advance, ran all the comps and gave me detailed suggestions on what tweaks, fixes and quick improvements I could make to best stage my home for sale. When we were ready to list, Brandon had the property professionally photographed, advertised and an open house scheduled that first weekend! His team is very knowledgeable on social media and online advertising, so my home had a lot of exposure within just that first week and as it turns out, I received a FULL PRICE OFFER from the first open house, only 7 days after listing! In my two home purchases, Brandon helped to find my dream home by taking me on more than a dozen home tour days (often at odd hours due to my work schedule but he gladly accommodated), talked to me about the pros and cons of each property in detail, his evaluation of market price and potential, and steered me towards those properties that were the best fit for my 'must haves' list AND future appreciation. Brandon is great about being honest about the facts and what he thinks, and in my opinion this is an invaluable trait in a realtor when making such an emotional decision as buying a home. When it came time to place an offer and negotiate, Brandon would go the extra mile with research, calls to the Sellers Agent to advocate on my behalf and then pushing hard to get the price he felt was fair but aggressive. I secured my dream home at a great price and then worked with Brandon almost daily as he and his office staff guided me through the escrow process, even helping us to close one week early so we could move in on schedule!I highly recommend Brandon as both a buyer and a sellers agent, he will absolutely make you feel like priority number one and put his expertise and his team behind you to ensure that you get the best deal!
