ZillowVERIFIEDTL;DR - People like Michael Scott are rare. not only was he transparent and super helpful through the entire process but he keeps his word. truly a good person. in the beginning he told me and my wife that we wouldnt be the ones paying him anything. he explained everything we asked him, as first time buyers that was a lot. when it came time to close a portion of his pay was to come from us and instead of starting the paperwork over again he saved us months of time and cut us a check for the difference because "i told you guys wouldnt have to pay me anything and i wouldnt be able to sleep at night"
