ZillowVERIFIEDMy brother and I had Brandon as our broker on house he sold for us a few years ago. We were so impressed with his professional, yet personal and down to earth selling skills that we decided to use him again. We were not disappointed as he sold a second house of ours just a few days ago. I would not hesitate to recommend him and we will definitely be using him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Brandon Hoffman and Midlands Property Management was extremely disappointing and stressful. Throughout my time working with Brandon, there were repeated issues with communication, professionalism, and transparency. He made unauthorized deductions from rental income without prior notice or agreement, often changing the amount withheld without explanation. When I asked reasonable questions or sought clarification, he responded with emotional, condescending messages rather than professionalism. Repairs were often completed without my approval, some of which were poorly done and had to be redone at my expense. Routine property maintenance, like air filter changes and smoke detector checks, was neglected. He also misrepresented how certain fundsaEUR"such as the tenants security depositaEUR"would be handled. When I decided not to renew my management agreement, Brandon began withholding 100% of the rental income, leaving me unable to pay my mortgage. His approach throughout the process was manipulative and punitive, and the experience caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I would strongly caution any homeowner considering using Midlands Property Management to review every document carefully and ensure that communication is kept in writing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Brandon Hoffman or MPM for property management services.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional real estate agent, Brandon, who went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing the second house. This was the second time he helped us. His dedication to ensuring that I made the right decisions, even if it meant sacrificing potential profits, truly impressed me. Throughout the entire process, Brandon consistently demonstrated his commitment to my best interests. His knowledge, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile were evident every step of the way. Whether it was providing valuable insights, negotiating on my behalf, or offering guidance during challenging situations, Brandon proved himself to be an invaluable asset. There's a saying that goes, "You know you have a great real estate agent when you want to invite them to a BBQ twelve months after the closing." Well, let me tell you, Brandon will definitely be receiving plenty of invitations to our cookouts. His exceptional service and genuine care for his clients make him a standout professional in the real estate industry. I wholeheartedly recommend Brandon to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate agent. I am grateful for his unwavering support and am confident that he will continue to excel in assisting others with their real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent service from Brandon Hoffman. He helped me sell my fathers property after he passed and made the process so much easier. He truly has his clients best interest in mind. He also went above and beyond helping with some details that were left unfinished by my father and made sure everything was in order before we closed. He has a kind and patient manor and easy to understand. He stayed on top of the paperwork on both sides and kept me informed at every step. I truly appreciate all his extra effort and would recommend him as your first choice in South Carolina for a real estate broker. Thank you again Brandon!

ZillowVERIFIED The best realtor ever. He helped us more than we even thought he could and even after we closed he made sure that we had all our matters set and checked on us frequently. Its always nice to work with a good realtor but its even better to meet a new friend as well, and with Billy youre getting just that. 100% recommend for anyone buying property.

ZillowVERIFIED Latoya was a pleasure to work worth. She stayed with us providing guidance and suggestions as we searched for our new home. We found her to be very responsive anytime we had questions. She would respond quickly to texts or e-mails, just about anytime, day or night. She always tried her best to set up viewing appointments that suited our schedule, including evenings and weekends. We felt she always had our best interests in mind as she searched for possible houses to view. We definitely would recommend Laytoya and the Hoffman Group whether for buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have sold 15 residences and rental homes over the years using several real estate brokers. Without question working with Brandon has been the easiest real estate transaction I have ever experienced. Five stars to him. I would have given him six stars but there wasn't an option. Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED Ask for him to be blunt with you in regards to what he thinks and feels about the houses you'll be looking at and you will do well for yourself. We would walk into places that my wife and I liked but as we began to talk about it he was able to point out issues that we were overlooking because of our excitement. Seriously you want him to be straightforward with you about the area, location, work required, and general feel of the house. His sources for getting the house inspected were all very professional and we have enjoyed working with them. We look forward to working with him again in the future here in Columbia.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Brandon through a realtor referral service. Our experience with this service was eerily similar to one of the commercials they have running now. In the commercial, the seller says their home was on the market for a year. But after using a different realtor suggested by their service, it sold quickly. In our case, we had tried selling our home twice previously, each time with a six month listing. When we decided to try again this year, we interviewed three realtors, two of whom were recommended by the service. We selected Brandon Hoffman, one of the service's suggestions. Our house sold within one week. Same house, same location, same price. The big difference was realtor. We enjoyed working with Brandon and his staff and are happily settling into our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Courtney when looking for my home in Irmo, S.C. From day 1 they were extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing they were there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be. I feel like I have a trustworthy agent, as well as a friend! Thank you, Brandon!
