It was by accident that I found Brandon. I apparently put my number into a website looking for a realtor. When I looked at my phone I had 15 messages from realtors. I picked a number and messaged it back asking how all of these people suddenly had my number? Brandon is who answered that day, he was nice enough to reply back and tell me what I had done. I generally don't use a realtor, so I said thank you and figured that would be that. Fast forward a few weeks and I decided maybe I should list with someone on this house. I still had Brandon's number, he was nice enough to answer my questions before, so I thought let's see if he wanted to list SO happy that all happened. I really don't know what I would have done without Brandon and all of his help with the sale. We had a lot of obstacles, but he was there to help every single time. Always answered the phone, handled everything immediately, and I hope to work together again in the future. I couldn't be happier we were able to get this sale finished.

Brandon has helped us with the sale and purchase of two homes now and both times he did an amazing job! He expertly advised us on what work we needed to prepare our home for sale, and used his experience negotiating to help us draft the best offers. On the first sale/purchase, he got us 70+ viewings and 20+ offers in just 4 days! We also landed the deal on the first home we offered on! For the second sale/purchase, we sold within 6 hours for significantly over the appraisal value and landed a deal on our first offer for significantly under appraisal value!
