Brandon got the job done! After our condo was on the market for 1-1/2 years with another agency, Brandon got us in contract in 41 days. After taking off the market to change agencies, we had many agents presenting for the listing. Many of the larger international agencies. Brandons quick replies, follow ups and overall excellent communication along with his strategy for digital marketing made us believe in him. We didnt rely on a big name but more of the substance of the man presenting. We cant recommend him enough. It was our best decision and we are very grateful for him.

I'm a first-time home buyer and the process can be very overwhelming to say the least. Working with Brandon was a Godsend! He literally took us by the hand and guided us every step of the way. His knowledge of the market and the area allowed us to find a home fairly quickly. He didn't waste our time showing us homes we couldn't afford or areas that we didn't want to live. He negotiated for us with the seller, found us great insurance, and showed us things to look for when buying a house that we never would of thought of. He stayed in constant contact with us and explained everything in terms we could understand. Brandon doesn't work for commissions, he works for you. We were in a real estate nightmare. We sold our home, and were planning on relocating. However, at the last minute my husbands company decided to pause his transfer. I must admit that the realtor that sold my house left me disenchanted, and skeptical. Without many choices, and living in a hotel I took a chance in this turbulent market, and called Brandon. What a breath of fresh air. His positive upbeat attitude mixed with his Midwest charm made speaking to him easy. He assured me that we would " get one", and that we did. In fact, the " one" that I ended up with could not be lovelier. Brandon puts the real in realtor, and if you are looking for an honest, hardworking, and easy to contact realtor call Brandon. In fact, we had a running joke that he never sleeps because he ALWAYS ANSWERS HIS PHONE.
