Brandon Beyer

A lifelong resident of Elizabeth, Brandon has turned a passion for the outdoors into a fast growing land and farm real estate career. Brandon joined the Jim Sullivan Realty team in the fall of 2019, and has closed over 25 million in real estate sales, spanning over more than 4,000 acres in just his first 3 years of business. In February of 2022, Brandon partnered with Jim to become a co-owner of Jim Sullivan Realty. Through both personal and professional experience, Brandon has gotten to know the people and the land of Jo Daviess, Carroll, Whiteside, Stephenson and the surrounding counties as well as anyone. Brandon is highly motivated, but maintains a low pressure approach towards his real estate clients and takes great pride in being a trusted real estate professional in the area.
