I dont give a 5 star review unless its worthy of a review. Brandie and her group are absolutely exemplary in communication, service, and results. They went above our expectation from the beginning of the process to the final closing, David Klein is an honest professional and knowledgable of his trade. There are no words to express how easy and pleasant it was to sell our home. We are limited to a 5 star but Brandies team is worthy of a 100-star.

Does a room have to have a closet to be a bedroom in Fla.?

In order for a room to be considered a bedroom, it needs to have a door, window and closet. You could possibly add a wardrobe closet to then consider it a bedroom.
