We had a totally pleasurable experience working with Brandie. It felt like we were working with a friend. We worked with her over a year and she stayed in communication without badgering us. But Brandie was totally professional too. She kept us in the loop on all homes in our areas of interest, and went above and beyond giving us her time, never complaining or giving the impression that we were putting her out on valuable weekend time. Brandie drove hours to meet show us homes in locations away from her office. She gave great advice and worked to get us answers to our questions from seller's agents. Once we made a decision, Brandie and her team again went beyond what was required to help us with information on the lake where we purchased our home, the TVA requirements for dock permitting, local utilities, and even area stores we asked about. Knowing that we lived many hours away, she did a final walk through for us to give us peace of mind. The closing went off without a hitch I highly recommend Brandie. I cannot say enough good things about Brandie. From the very beginning she was prompt, professional, thoughtful, listened and was very responsive. We were working with her mostly from out of town to sell our home and Brandie answered emails and text messages promptly and at any hour, any day - - even while she was on vacation. She listened to what we wanted to accomplish and sold our home in one weekend. She made the process about as seamless as possible, knowing this was an emotional sell, she was excellent!
