Brandi is absolutely amazing. She knew so much about the current state of the market (which was bonkers at the time we bought a home), which helped us make the best decision possible AND relieved our anxiety along the way. She worked so hard to set up showings for us, often very last minute. During the entire process, it was obvious she had our best interest in mind - for example, instead of encouraging us to go for a house so that we could end our search sooner, Brandi would point out things that she thought wouldn't work well for our family. This caused more work for her, but ended up steering us away from some bad choices we might have regretted later. She really had our backs! Brandi is not just a great realtor, she's a really great person, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Brandi is a seasoned realtor with a depth of experience and knowledge of the housing market to help any client. She was wonderful to work with and even more important for us she is just a down right good person. We came in contact with her by chance through a Zillow home listing that we were interested in visiting. She was extremely prompt, responsive, and professional throughout our entire home buying experience. We were in a time crunch so we needed to see all our options in a short amount of time and she was the perfect realtor to help us through the home buying process. In about three weeks since our first conversations with Brandi we were able to close on a wonderful home well suited for our family that would meet our various needs without having to go beyond our budget. Brandi is definitely a realtor that looks out for her clients! She REALLY cares about getting them into a home that they will enjoy and that will work well for them. For example, there were times that we were very anxious to secure a home in the crazy seller's market that we almost scarified some of our home 'needs' and made offers above our budget. Brandi was great at reassuring us we could find a home that would fit our budget and she never pressured us into something we felt unsure about. She sacrificed her potential extra commission on a bigger sale because she was more invested in finding us a home that we could comfortably afford. Brandi Palmer has our highest recommendation for a realtor! We look forward to working with her again although it's not likely because we really love the home she helped us find. Lol!

Brandi is extremely professional and respectful. She listened to our needs for what we wanted in a home at this point in our lives and zeroed in on exactly the location we needed, even though we were unfamiliar with the area. She was very patient and answered all of our questions most expeditiously. She followed up...she even came out to the property before we closed to verify that there was no water seepage in the basement and to ensure the sump pump was working properly. She videoed the basement for us which gave us peace of mind. She also checked on our newly installed radon mitigation system and sent us video of that too. Brandi gave us great recommendations for home services and always got back to us quickly. I cannot overestimate how impressed we were with Brandi and how happy we are with the home she found for us!
