    About Brandi LaBounty

    It all started with a tiny house obsession and snowballed into a love for real estate. After graduating from Cazenovia College with a BPS in Business Management and an emphasis in Equine Business, Brandi obtained her real estate license in March 2019 as an agent at a small St. Albans firm before coming to join the team at Four Seasons Sotheby's. In February of 2021, Brandi became a Green Designee and a member of NAR (National Association of REALTORS®) Green Resource Council, which provided her the training to help her clients make even more informed decisions about their future homes. Born and raised in Franklin County, Brandi is in the process of building her own energy efficient homestead and barn for her two equine best friends, Cinnamon Girl and Skye. Follow along with the building process through either of her social media accounts on Facebook or Instagram. Outside of real estate, Brandi assistant coaches the BFA St. Albans Track and Field team and can often be found with her nose in a book or testing her limits lifting weights in the gym. As an agent, Brandi cares for her clients as she would her most beloved friends. She can't imagine going through the largest transaction of your life with someone who only adds more stress to the situation. Brandi values good communication and will be there for you every step of the way. She has dealt with poor communication enough in previous jobs, internships, relationships and friendships to know that is not what she wants for her clients. As Brandi continues to learn and take courses to better support you, just know that she takes you and your search for the perfect home to heart, and she cannot wait to see you with keys at the closing table.

    Working with Brandi LaBounty to buy my house was a fantastic experience!I was looking for something specific, and even while the real estate inventory was extremely low, the perfect home was found!This was the first house I purchased, but she had clear timelines and guided me to the necessary steps to keep things on track.     Brandi was incredible!
