My passion is Real Estate. It's not a job, but a great career in which I get to help other people. I enjoy working with home buyers, especially first time home buyers. I never get tired of seeing the excitement on their face when they find their dream home. Real Estate is very satisfying to me socially because I get to meet so many clients who are then lifelong friends. I love working with sellers, marketing all the different types of properties, and the challenge of producing the right strategy needed to draw potential buyers to the property. Real Estate is satisfying intellectually for me by doing a financial analysis to find the correct price for the property and in doing a market analysis to find the right strategy for the property to be sold in a very timely fashion. I have a very good relationship with all the people that make a Real Estate transaction go smoothly which includes lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
