As your local real estate specialist, I am happy to walk you through the process of either selling or buying your home. I will make sure you understand the process to create a smooth transaction. I will work hard as your realtor. I am happy to represent homeowners and future home buyers in Northern Nevada and I am committed to listening to my clients and understanding their situation. I use my negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. I work with sellers, first time home buyers, military families, relocation clients, 1031 exchange clients, first responders, short sales, bank owned properties, investors and anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As a native Nevadan, I fully understand what our area has to offer and benefits of living in such a great place. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I worked in Washoe County as a teacher in the Elementary grades and Middle School for 10 years. This knowledge helps me when I am working with clients that have school aged children. I joined the real estate profession over 17 years ago as my husband and I were starting to have children. I have raised two young adults now. I am involved in our community while also making sure that I am available for my clients and quick to respond to emails and calls. I know the importance of good communication.
