Brady was fantastic to work with. Over the course of 6 weeks he helped us sift through the properties and traveled on short notice to provide video tours. Once we found the property for us the process was stress free. We met on-site and submitted the offer. As we neared closing Brady was very helpful and communicative. We also had a minor miscommunication with the sellers about having the home cleaned. Brady immediately set up an appointment and got the home thoroughly cleaned prior to us moving in. He insisted on paying for the cleaning himself, which was above and beyond. I will recommend Brady to anyone looking for an agent and will contact him if we purchase any property in the future.
