Brady was helpful from day one of our house hunting journey. I left him know our timeline for buying a home and he helped us take the first steps in getting approved and looking. He was able to book us tours of the homes we were interested in without any issues and rather quickly. He genuinely enjoys what he does and it shows. He answered calls at weird hours when we had questions and never failed to answer even the goofy ones. He made sure we felt comfortable and had what we needed at every step. Brady is such a hard worker! He really went above and beyond for us and even helped us with something house-related weeks after we moved in. He was patient and understanding even though our home search took several months and included two cities that are 1.5 hrs away from each other. He always responded quickly and did everything he could to lighten the load on us as buyers. We would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Brady helped me sell the property where I grew up, which is in a different state from where I now live. The home on the property had not been cared for, was uninhabitable, and is located in an area without much sales activity. So the listing was challenging for several reasons. Brady helped me determine the listing price and then did a great job marketing the property. Brady's listing generated interest in the property and a sale sooner than I expected.
