Community Involvement
I've lived here for 30 years, Early in my time here I helped serve as a volunteer for special olympics. As my son grew and became more active I began coaching hockey and did so for many years. I still enjoy the game but haven't skated much in the last few years. I have helped others build their homes through Habitat and other like businesses. Each year our office does a fund raiser and raises anywhere from 2 to 8,000 dollars. We donate that to outreach programs that help in the community. The last several have been awarded to "Partners", an organization that helps with at risk youth and mentorship.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
I love to flyfish, golf, hike, and spending time with my family.
FAMILY
My wife and I are "empty nesters", our son lives in Denver CO. I have several relatives living here in Grand Junction. We love all the things this area has to offer. Mild winters, nice summers, and lots of recreation.

Be realistic! Social media outlets like Zillow are out there telling you what your home is worth. Talk to your local Realtor Expert and get the facts. I can give you an accurate CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) which will compare your home to others like yours which have recently sold. This will give you a more realistic expectation on where your personal home is valued.

I recently had a past client call. She had become ill and unable to make her payments on her home and was getting ready to lose it. She only had about 50 days before it was going to be foreclosed on. I was able to market her property and find a cash buyer in which she was able to get some money back and get her home sold before the bank owned it. It wasn't the happiest situation but one I was able to help her in. She was very grateful and was able to walk away with more money than she originally thought.
I actually studied Real Estate back in 1990 when I was in the Air Force. I never took the final exam. It was always on my mind and about 8 years ago I decided to check it off of the list.
