ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home-buyer with little to no understanding of the complex undertaking involved in buying a home, I can say that I was unbelievably fortunate to have Brad as my agent. He consistently went above and beyond to provide me with any and all information about the areas I was interested in, the specific homes I liked, and the steps I would need to take to find my ideal home. Whenever I had a question or concern (and there were many, as I am someone with no experience in this process) he always answered me promptly and with respect. Most importantly, he was always honest with me; if something didn't seem right, he'd say so. There was never a sense that he was only in it for his commission; he genuinely wanted to make sure I found a place I would love. You can't fake that kind of sincerity. While I'm by no means an expert now, all I can say is that if anyone looking to buy a home ever asks me if "I know a guy", I can reply with certainty that I know JUST the guy.
