Bryn reached out to us to be our buyers agent on a Saturday and he was responsive on the weekend to set up a time to met with us the first time on Monday morning when he reviewed the process, provided ideas for us to meet our very tight timeline and then immediately sent us house listings that met our needs. He set up showings for us on Tuesday morning. Some of the houses had been put on contract before we got to see them. But one of the houses shown was ticking all of the boxes. A fast timeline was further complicated by hospitalization, but Bryn was there to help the process to move forward. An offer was made with his guidance and accepted. He then guided the process toward an expedited closing. We gave Bryn a difficult and what felt like an impossible task in todays market and he did an excellent job in assisting us to get the job done within our timeline. Bryn did an exceptional job!
