Brad was a really good Agent ProfessionL in the interview but once I signed with him his service level and attention was poor. I had a very hard time getting Brad to call me back when I had questions. Then when he did return phone calls his arrogance telling me this is how he worked was unbelievable. The house sold which is a good thing but Brad contributed nothing to the selling effort and avoided communication once the listing agreement was in place You can do better

I was recommended to Brad Weisman a "fabulous realtor" from one of my neighbors who may have used him at one point or another for a property sale. I called Brad and he answered me with a courteous manner. I mentioned to him that I was interested in selling my home. We chatted awhile and he made an appointment an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later.From the moment that I met Brad I had good vibes about him. He came well prepared with all information with all comparable settings of homes similar to mine that were sold and were also available as spec homes. Brad took a tour of my property and gave me a well rounded figure as to think about the sale price of my home. I agreed on the quote and decided to have my home to be sold. What convinced me most was not what Brad said but how he said things. He was totally honest with me and did not beat around the bushes. Brad admirably expressed all the positive details regarding my home.After a few days Brad hired a licensed photographer to take pictures of my home. These phenomenal pictures were posted on the internet within a couple of days for the sale of my home. Within a short period of time of posting my home was under contract for sale.Brad went above and beyond the call of duty, with his assistant the transaction coordinator, Lisa Weaver to make a smooth and easy transition for the sale of my home. Every time I had a question to ask Brad always answered me either by text or phone call. I must have had 100+ questions for Brad, some repetitive in nature, and others not. As many times i reached out to Brad, he never got annoyed at me and always made me feel calm with his appropriate response.I would recommend to anyone who is looking to sell a home for one reason or another to use Brad Weisman as the realtor. He is knowledgeable, well mannered, honorable, trustworthy, and most of all he has a great personality. You will love the man as your agent.Sincerely,Paul Meilik
