We had the most wonderful experience purchasing our first home with the help and expertise of Brad. He made the process easy, fun, and quick! He went above and beyond our expectations by crawling into our attic to double check promised repairs from the sellers, and responding the same day to a text weeks after we had closed in regards to our home warranty. If we ever purchase another home, Brad would be our first call!
