Brad Trager of Surterre Properties was instrumental in purchasing our new home a block from the beach in San Clemente despite much competition and even higher price bids. I have known Brad for years and he worked relentlessly to sell my previous house last year. I know Brad is highly skilled and dedidicated as a realtor with exceptional interpersonal abilities and ties to the community, but above all he is a person of character and integrity whom I trust, and these are the reasons I chose him as my agent once again with the latest transaction. As it pertains to the purchase of my current home, this was a very special property that I knew would be highly competitive, and from the beginning there were multiple bids including at least one higher than ours which despite a sizeable down payment, it was not an all cash offer we were making. In order to get the winning bid against the competition we offered a 17 day escrow which was highly challenging especially since this was not a all cash sale, nor was it a as-is sale and there were issues that needed to be addressed, though not significant. With Brad's vast experience and interpersonal skills and dedication, Brad worked tirelessly every aspect of the transaction, removing every obstacle that presented itself along the way. Brad knew the seller's agent well as he does with so many of the realtors in the community, and worked closely with him to address issues in a timely manner. The same was the case with my mortgage banker whom Brad was in lock step with. And Brad did the same with the escrow company, inspectors, contractors and all others involved in the process. We knew we needed to hold to our highly aggressive 17 day escrow commitment and Brad made it happen. I highly recommend Brad Trager for any real estate transactions no matter what the circumstance. Brad will pay very close attention to you and every detail of your deal, and he will get the results you want. You will be pleased!

I had the pleasure of working with Brad and Next Move Military in buying my first home when getting stationed in South Carolina.
