Brad Thomas

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Brad has deep family roots in the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina where he spent many summers with family before permanently relocating to the South in 1985. After graduating from Mars Hill College and East Tennessee State University, Brad spent over twenty years as a public school teacher and athletic coach in SC, NC and Georgia before switching to a career in real estate. He is the founder, owner and instructor of the Thomas School of Real Estate in Asheville, NC. In addition to being a real estate broker and teacher, he is a devoted father of four wonderful children and a wife of twenty eight years. In his spare time, Brad enjoys camping, fishing, and playing his Gretsch guitar
