We worked with Brad for almost 2 years while he helped us find the perfect home. We were first-time home buyers and Brad did a great job walking us through the process. He was extremely patient and made sure we clearly understood all of the steps. Brad recognized our wish list (which was comprehensive at times) but also gave helpful suggestions and advice throughout the many months.
