Brad Nieman

I have lived in the river valley for 38 years. I graduated from Arkansas Tech in 1996. In 1997, my wife Monica and I moved to Colorado Springs where I got a job managing a Furniture Row shopping center. We moved all over the west, living in places like Phoenix AZ, El Paso TX, and Tulsa OK before coming back to Arkansas. My sales and management skills helped me get a jump start on my real estate career that I started in Russellville AR in 2002. Moving from town to town has helped me relate to people that are moving to our town from out of state. Over the past fifteen years, I have owned a company for seven and been in sales the entire time. Getting my broker's license gave me to the opportunity to manage 19 agents and oversee over 2000 transactions. In addition to that, I have closed over 1000 transactions on my own. I love working with first time home buyers and seeing them through the process of finding a home. There is not a lot I haven't seen or been through and pride myself on having the experience and knowledge to help anyone in any real estate situation. I enjoy knowing that today is the day I might meet you and be able to assist you in meeting your goals whether it is finding a new home or helping you sell the one you own. On a personal note, I have two children Abby 17 and Eli 10. As a family, we love the outdoors and anything that involves us spending time together.
