Brad helped us purchased two homes within 2 weeks of one another and was always on top of everything. He responds to emails/calls/texts/voicemails immediately...no matter the time or day (even weekends!). Brad was able to get answers for any concerns that we ever had. He was even able to let us see houses on last minute notices. Brad is a person of high integrity, promptness, with wonderful work ethics! He is very friendly and super knowledgeable (he was even able to give us tips on how to repair certain things in the house and things to keep an eye out for). We highly recommend Brad!!
