I don't have enough positive things to say about Brad Goldvarg (realtor) and Holly Simper (transaction manager). They were an incredible team throughout the entire process of us purchasing our first short term rental investment property. My wife and I told Brad what our goals were and within four weeks of us signing our buyer's agreement with him we were closing! 10 out of 10 couldn't recommend Quiet Waters Realty Group enough.
