Brad is fantastic. We just purchased our second property thru him. He is very knowledgeable about the market and specific condo buildings. Further, he is very helpful during the home inspection process. After the sale closed, Brad continued to help us arrange for various repairs that couldn't be started before escrow closed as well as some repairs that were started before closing but took longer than expected (it was a quick close). This story exemplifies the quality of Brad's work - During escrow, we found out that the wine fridge didn't work. Brad picked out a wine fridge, bought it (we paid him back), and arranged for the delivery/installation of the new wine fridge. He waited at our home for the delivery, and he coordinated the haul away of the old wine fridge. He had our backs at all times. Excellent!
