Brad is fantastic. We just purchased our second property thru him. He is very knowledgeable about the market and specific condo buildings. Further, he is very helpful during the home inspection process. After the sale closed, Brad continued to help us arrange for various repairs that couldn't be started before escrow closed as well as some repairs that were started before closing but took longer than expected (it was a quick close). This story exemplifies the quality of Brad's work - During escrow, we found out that the wine fridge didn't work. Brad picked out a wine fridge, bought it (we paid him back), and arranged for the delivery/installation of the new wine fridge. He waited at our home for the delivery, and he coordinated the haul away of the old wine fridge. He had our backs at all times. Excellent!

I've now bought two houses and sold one with Brad. What a great genuine guy and he works really hard for you whether your buying or selling. I cant stress how important it is to have a realtor that goes the extra mile and Brad is that person. Trust me, there were some really bad realtors working on the opposite side of my transactions so it made me realize the quality of Brad's service.

Brad is a cut above 99% of all other agents. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and an expert negotiator. I have sold 2 homes, and purchased 3 with Brad, and every experience has been a joy. When it came to selling our homes, he goes the extra mile, and made sure every detail was perfect before listing and after. When purchasing homes, he had our back every step of the way, and never waivers in his commitment to having our best interest in mind. During tough parts of the transactions, he has always managed to find the best possible outcome.
