Brad truly was an advocate on our side. When we needed to make concessions to get the house we wanted, he told us so we wouldn't be locked out of a competitive situation. And when there was an opportunity to push the sellers to get us a better deal, he was a tough negotiator! He always was looking out for us to get the house we wanted at the best possible deal. Brad was excellent in helping us as first-time home buyers. He took time to fully understand our needs and did so much research. We had a very short time frame to find a house and Brad worked the entire holiday weekend to make it happen. He took the time to listen to all our wants and used our limited time wisely.I don't think I have ever worked with an agent as dedicated and hard-working as Brad.
