Personal I am a Madison native, born and raised in the local area. I graduated from James Madison Memorial High School in 1990. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, coaching youth sports, playing hockey, playing softball, and golfing. Professional I am a licensed Broker since 2003 and specialize in all aspects of residential real estate including all single family, condo, and multi-unit income property sales. I also am a very experienced REO (Real Estate Owned) broker selling foreclosure homes for various banks, and one of the most experienced and well known agents in the area for sales and successful negotiation of short sale properties.
