Brad was always available for home tour and provide me with all the information that I needed to know in an event I end up buying a condo. He will always let me know the pros and cons of buying a condo and help me understand how it will impact me in the near future if I decides to buy a condo that we are touring. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. I was a very smooth process from home-touring to signing the closing documents within a couple of months. His promptness, knowledge of the market, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple.
