ZillowVERIFIEDI am new the city, and had one day to find an apartment in a desirable area near my grad school (I'm a Wharton student and have to have a ton of flexibility) I talked to Boots on the phone, and he was able to parse out my needs, give a synopsis of the neighborhoods and clarity of the commutes etc. My one-day tour from out of town went seamlessly and I was able to pick out an apartment that I am happy to report suits my needs (and I have a dog! Bonus!) It eased my mind for a big move to have an advocate like Boots. Recommend highly.
