Susan was a doll to work with, always showed up on time and had tons of knowledge about real estate and the local neighborhoods. We could not recommend anyone more, through the offer process, inspections, and closing she answered all our questions and more! She is knowledgeable but make sure you double check the paperwork. I tried to work with her but after there came too many issues with paperwork and her pushing to have me sign mins before a deadline, we stopped working with each other.

Once Zillow connected me with her, she was very responsive. That same day we were able to look at homes, and she sent me other homes that might meet my criteria. We were lucky enough to find the perfect house that same day and she has been helping and on top of things since. She was honest, patient, and I didn't feel pressured by her. We are currently in the process of closing on our, hopefully, future home.
