ZillowVERIFIEDBefore we had met Scott, I asked around with some "experts". My business partner could not understand why we wouldn't just do a For Sale By Owner since we are fairly well-connected in the industry. I then asked "Uncle Chuck" who owns a real estate lending operation. Chuck told me to use a realtor, NOT the answer I was hoping for! We interviewed no fewer than six different agents. Their percentages ranged from 2.5 on up to a full 6%. Scott was the most expensive, but came with a strong recommendation from a friend who had done three deals with him previously. After more study & vetting of the market and the agents, we chose Scott. Scott had tons to say about the house, our competition, his expertise [both strengths and weaknesses], his mentors and the market. He took awesome photos and videos of the house using his state-of-the-art full-frame DSLR and the house went on the market. In about a month, the house sold in a bidding contest with all the competing offers well-above asking price. Scott vetted the buyers and made a recommendation based on both price and qualification. We closed just a few weeks later. It is said, "You get what you pay for." With Scott, you get even more: The best-of-the-best. We look forwards to our next engagement!
