Recently moved to Florida in the beginning of the year, 2023 and have really gotten to know the local area from house hunting myself. To obtain a pre-approval and work with an agent that they feel extremely comfortable with.
Possible pre-home inspection and maybe suggestions of things that home may need for certain loan products, such as GFCI, railings, etc....as well as the normal de-clutter and freshen the home for showings, along with repairing items. Maybe even some slight staging on vacant properties.
Buyers, sellers & investors.
A recent sell of the real estate market keeping costs low and bringing an investor buyer to a seller and her family after the loss of their husband/father. My investors and myself helped the seller immensely with upfront cash flow, reduction of commission costs and extension to be able to move from her home after MANY years of living there and raising their family. It gave me a good feeling why I got into this business.
My own realtor that sold and worked with me to purchase properties. He became a great friend and helped me get started in this business. He is a terrific person and thought I would do the same, which I believe I have. I help any and all folks in the business.
Basically my 5+ years of experience. I have also taken the mandatory continuing education. I have asked to be part of my real estate board and was elected as a director to learn more and participate about our work. I also want to pick up some designations in the near future.
